Operations Administrator

This is a varied and hands‑on Operations Administrator role based in Wellington, offered on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of AJ Park’s operations function.

Working as part of our close‑knit, generalist Operations team, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks, including case entry and maintenance, policing and managing critical prosecution deadlines and responding to complex queries.

You will have the opportunity to work across different levels in the organisation and make an impact with the work you will be doing. You will have exposure to some pretty cool subject matter created by some brilliant and creative minds in different industries.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using Inprotech or similar database systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to respond rapidly and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• A growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
• The ability to work as part of a collaborative, connected team.
• Proactive and approachable, with the ability to establish good relationships with stakeholders
