Role type: Trade Mark Administrator - Operations

This fixed term role in our Operations team is dedicated to checking, processing and reporting Notices of Acceptance and Certificates of Registration for our busy trade mark practice. This is a high-volume processing role that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow process workflows.

 

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Data processing experience within a high-volume environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills.

  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.

This role is for an initial six-month period with the possibility of becoming permanent.
