As a commercial and litigation lawyer, Thor’s expertise is enforcement and safeguarding of a broad spectrum of clients’ IP and commercial interests. His work includes advising on infringement and further management of IP, whether in broader corporate M&A contexts or strictly related to (commercial) IP matters.
Experience
Thor’s experience includes working for a broad range of international clients, also in Europe, where he was part of the IP and commercial practice at the Amsterdam office of a global law firm. Thor has represented clients in complex trademark, patent and copyright infringement and enforcement cases, either through settlement or litigation. Further, Thor has broad licensing and assignment experience.
