Mikhail is a member of the Auckland trade marks team, where he assists clients in securing trade marks and related rights domestically and overseas.
Experience
Before joining AJ Park, Mikhail was a trademark examiner at IPONZ. In this role, he assisted applicants in securing their rights, performed comprehensive register searches, and upheld objections through legal arguments.
From 2021 to 2022, Mikhail was a summer intern for a small human rights and criminal law firm, where he assisted with drafting submissions for a coronial inquiry.
Beyond work
Outside of work, Mikhail enjoys staying active through running, gym sessions, and going to Muay Thai. Beyond exercise, he enjoys anything related to music and movies.
