Guy is a commercial lawyer specialising in information technology, intellectual property and general commercial advice.
Guy advises on IT, telecommunications, corporate governance and works with clients to help commercialise their intellectual property.
Guy works for clients in a range of industries including information technology, manufacturing, retail and distribution, tertiary education and biotechnology.
Guy has experience and expertise in the following areas:

Guy joined A J Park in early 2009. Before working for A J Park he practiced as a commercial lawyer for another leading New Zealand law firm. Guy also has experience in project management and procurement with a leading global industrial technology corporation.
